A different sort of brain and body health stretch.

I can't speak to this personally but a very good friend did it as a Team Building exercise and said it was amazing. My sense is that it is more in the team building space but there may well be other somatic benefits that link to mental agility (workplace and beyond) and there is also some background research they did (not published) around positive therapeutic benefits for ADHD and Alzheimer's.

I'm getting an intro to the founder and will find out more but for now, have a look!

For anybody interested in Gallup Strengths certification (formerly Stengthfinder), here's a nice little hack to make it more affordable.

- Most of the F2F certifications are priced, irrespective of geography, at around SGD9,720 +/-

- The F2F certification in Manila is SGD4,630.

- Same content, same packages, same certification, same everything.

- So even adding $300 for flights and $500 for a hotel this is almost half the price.

Free embodiment Masterclass - Coaches Rising

Of all the tools we have as coaches, one of the most powerful is the human body itself.

Unencumbered by the grasping of the mind, the body has access to a deeper wisdom — one that can turn contracted states into gateways for transformation, and can open pathways to deep change that truly lasts.

And yet, so many of the people you’ll encounter have been trained away from this wisdom. Our world prioritizes rational thought over all else, and often guides us to actually dismiss our felt-sense.

International leader and somatic coach Staci Haines is giving a Free Masterclass — Coaching at Depth: How the Wisdom of the Body Leads to Lasting Change, where she’ll teach you how to work with the intelligence that lives in our very cells, so you can create transformation that lasts.

Staci is one of the lead teachers…

Perfectionism - Superpower or Supervillain

With thanks to Alex Hope, we have a very interesting new course by Jennifer Kamp on the radar
