Sue is an experienced leadership coach, mentor and facilitator dedicated to supporting people and businesses to bring new possibilities to life in the midst of complex, challenging environments.
Professional and leadership experience
For the 20 years prior to founding the practice in 2007, Sue was first a lawyer and then a manager and leader in the media industry.
In the last 6 years of her media career as Regional MD for Asia of Fremantlemedia (a global producer of highly rated TV shows such as American Idol) she led a large cross-cultural team, developing the operation from an investment in two Asian offices to a thriving business across seven Asian offices.
Board experience
Sue fulfilled board director for several of the Asian subsidiaries of Pearson and Bertelsmann but has been more active for non-profit boards in the field of learning and development. She served 10 years on the board of Playeum, a charity and Institute of Public Character in Singapore.
Sue is also a Certified Advisory Board Chair and an angel investor.
Education and professional training
Sue has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. She qualified and practised as a lawyer in the UK and a Mediator in Singapore.
Accredited with the International Coach Federation at PCC level, Sue is certified and trained in many different coaching approaches. She trains and supervises other coaches, having trained as a coaching supervisor with Oxford Brookes University.
She has a post Graduate diploma in Positive Business Psychology accredited by the National Council off Psychotherapists, UK and is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1.
Additionally she is trained to teach Pilates and Non-Linear Movement and holds an Advanced Diploma in Yoga studies.

Sue works primarily with people who are leading and developing others and wish to better integrate their lives and personal purpose with their work, whether in large corporations, SME's or start-ups.
She has a strong track record working as a leadership coach and facilitator of group and team development with the world’s most successful enterprises in technology, media, strategy consulting, law and finance. She is also experienced at working with senior leaders in medical, academic and government institutions.
She studies widely in creative arts, somatic work and psychology to integrate ideas and practices from multiple disciplines in an ever-evolving approach to supporting people and organisations to develop to their fullest.
Personal life and interests
Sue is a British national and Singapore PR of British and Chinese descent who lives in Singapore with her family. She has lived, worked and studied in 5 countries and continues to work and study across Asia and beyond.
