Professional and Leadership Experience

Simon worked in Financial Services for over thirty years, and for twenty five of those as a COO for global business based in London and Singapore - spanning four different global firms, across nine different businesses, as partner and trusted advisor to twelve different CEOs. 

The parts of these roles that he found most enjoyable were working on a one-to-one basis with leaders to tackle often sensitive and confidential matters to support them to be better individually, or helping them to make their businesses better.

He gained a reputation as someone who could be trusted, who was authentic, who provided new/different insights and perspectives, and who was practical and action-oriented. 

So when he decided that enough was enough and left the banking world, it was clear he would do something he enjoyed, and something that would make a contribution to others – coaching was a natural next step. ​

Simon is currently certified in two coaching approaches and continues to expand his understanding through ongoing development, courses, trainings, and certifications.

Simon mainly partners with founders, c-suite and their direct reports across SEA, HK, and Australia where his clients are a range of nationalities, and ages.

Simon has always had a keen interest in what makes people tick and loves nothing more than working with people who, like him, enjoy exploring what it means to be human, and achieving individual and collective potential in a thoughtful and practical way.

He has a long standing interest in spirituality, and a keen advocate of meditation.
