Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does the Bamboo Grow membership include?

A: The Bamboo Grow membership (included for 6 months with your retreat fee) gives you access to a host of resources PLUS monthly development sessions focused on:

  1. Your client work (supervision)

  2. Your coaching practice (business development)

  3. Your personal growth (deep dive topics)

Q: Is this a one-time event or is there follow-up support?

A: This retreat is deliberately designed as a gateway to your next steps, not just a one-time experience. Your registration includes 6 months of post-retreat support through our Bamboo Grow membership and ongoing Care circle, helping you integrate and build upon what you learn at the retreat.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable. We may be able to provide a refund minus a small administrative fee if you are able to find a replacement participant.

Q: What should I prepare before attending the retreat?

A: Preparation recommendations will be sent to all registered participants. This retreat is designed as a "find your way into your next steps" experience, so coming with an open mind and some reflection on your current practice and future aspirations will be helpful.

Q: What coaching experience level is required for this retreat?

A: This retreat is designed for our community of coaches in order to provide a safe and aligned environment for personal exploration among people who already have some understanding of integral approaches. Whilst we’ll explore exercises that will enhance your understanding of integral coaching and other modalities, this is NOT a coaching workshop: it’s a retreat for YOU.

Q: What is the size of the retreat group?

A: We limit attendance to ensure quality interaction and personalised attention. The retreat will have a maximum of 12 participants plus the facilitation team.

Q: What is the Care circle that's included after the retreat?

A: The Care circle is an ongoing community of support where retreat participants will connect on a regular basis for 6 months following the retreat in order to continue integrating what unfolds for you.

Q: Is there a community or way to connect with other participants before the retreat?

A: We will set up a WhatsApp group for all participants to connect before the retreat, although many of you will already know each other. This group will be a great place to ask questions, coordinate travel arrangements, or simply introduce yourself.
