Christina is an HR consultant with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR solutions that align with business objectives and the people agility necessary in today’s climate. 

 

Professional and Leadership Experience

Christina has over a decade of experience in the management of strategic and tactical Human Resources, for global cross-cultural businesses in the technology industry, including many years at Google. Her subject matter expertise in HR straddles talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.

She has spent the majority of her professional career based in the Asia region including Japan, Taiwan, and now Singapore and she has a deep understanding of the people, business culture and opportunities in Japan, Korea, Greater China, Australia, Singapore, and India.

Christina is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with an educational background in immunology and international business.

Personal Details

Christina is Taiwanese Canadian and has been raised in both cultures. Since adulthood, Christina has lived and worked in France, Japan, Greater China, and now, Singapore.

She is also a PADI Divemaster and can be frequently found around the oceans of Southeast Asia exploring the amazing underwater wonders.
