Our coaches are all trained integral coaches who approach each engagement as a chance to support a unique individual to develop their possibilities and capacity.
In addition, our coaches have specialist domain expertise and lived experience which may benefit clients with a specific need.
We therefore also offer 'integrated engagements' in which you can be 'co-coached' by a primary coach and a coach who is a specialist in a domain.

• Graduated from Imperial College (University of London) with First Class Honours in Civil and Environmental Engineering (MSc.). Accredited with the International Coach Federation at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level.
• Lih Shiun is a Singapore native. He is an avid traveller and hiker.
