Professional and leadership experience​

Ingrid brings 14 years of diverse experience spanning consulting, startups, and tech industries. She honed her skills in strategy, systems integration, and business process optimization during six years in consulting. Her leadership journey continued with two years at Shopee, where she led a cross-cultural team. Since 2017, Ingrid has been an integral part of Google's global analytics team, collaborating with and leading teams across the US and JAPAC regions.​

Education and professional training

Ingrid holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from INSEAD.

As an ICF-accredited coach at the ACC level, she is versed in various coaching approaches and methodologies. Her training in OSRC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) equips her with the skills to effectively facilitate and coach organizational teams.

A Singapore citizen, Ingrid's global perspective is shaped by her experiences living in the US, China, and France. Currently based in Singapore with her family and three cats, she maintains a balanced lifestyle that includes regular exercise, travel, and a passion for computer games.
