Jeff connects deeply with his clients as a Chinese-speaking executive coach with over 20 years of heart-centered practice. He's also passionate about bringing people together as a dialogue facilitator and mentor to other coaches. Having called Asia home for more than 30 years, Jeff cares deeply about helping organizations nurture their senior leaders' potential, with a special gift for guiding leaders to turn disagreements into opportunities for growth and connection.
Professional and leadership experience
Jeff's journey includes 15 fulfilling years in technology and human capital consulting, where he built expertise in business development and helping people grow through assessment, development, and career transitions. He's contributed to teams at Hewlett Packard, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, and Russell Reynolds Associates, forming meaningful connections in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Jeff brings people together through community, having founded the Shanghai Coaches' Learning Group in 2008 and helped establish what grew into the Hong Kong International Coaching Community.
Board experience
Jeff has shared his gifts with CoachActivism as a former board member, supporting volunteers who care for refugees in Greece and across Europe. He currently serves his community as a board member and Vice President of the Rotary Club of Shanghai.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law
