We help executives and leaders explore their own perspectives and behaviour in the context of dynamic stakeholder relationships and the organisational systems to which they belong.
We work on lasting and deeper developmental outcomes as well as on performance so we aim for greater capacity to face new challenges as they arise beyond the timeline of the coaching engagement.
What can you expect from our approach to coaching?
We work on specific issues and topics guided by an Aims and Outcomes statement for the coaching that we co-create with key stakeholders.
We are mindful of our dual duties of care to both our executive/leader client and the sponsoring organisation and are transparent and open about confidentiality, potential conflicts of interest and when there may be a need to refer beyond the boundaries of coaching. Our coaches work with supervisors who are trained to untangle any such situations that may arise, in confidence.
For executive and leadership coaching, our coaches are experienced professionals with appropriate education and backgrounds for the industries they are coaching within. Many of our coaches are bi-vocational and are still active within industries and have current know-how and connections that are of value to our clients across domains.
