CfD is a three-module programme in the study and application of Integral Coaching. It is a coach training and apprenticeship program designed for participants to emerge as coach practitioners, able to see the world through someone else’s eyes, and at the same time able to skilfully coach them to greater capability. This course is taught in a small group circle format designed to suit HR practitioners, experienced managers and professionals.
