We believe that beyond learning coaching skills and techniques or getting a coach credential, being a great coach, particularly a developmental coach, requires coaches to keep developing themselves and to belong to an ongoing community of practice
Each of the three 'pillars' that support our coach training work - whether in-house courses for managers, accreditation oriented courses or masterclasses for experienced coaches- are about developing deeper relationships: firstly with ourselves, secondly with our client work and thirdly with our community of practice.
