Jason is a conductor with over 25 years experience in a leadership role collaborating at the highest level to produce stellar performances. As a leadership and executive coach he is dedicated to helping others center themselves through awareness, compassion and understanding.

Professional and leadership experience

In a unique blend of professional activity Jason is also a TV presenter working mainly with the BBC, and is a speaker on leadership and relational roles. Through his Conducting Leadership workshops he guides clients to be better collaborative partners while exploring a deeper connection to the self. He places an emphasis on in-depth listening resulting in response rather than reaction. 

Education and Professional Training

Jason has a MA in Music from Oxford University, an MMus from Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and is a graduate of the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Course.

He is accredited with the International Coach Federation at PCC level and is also in the middle of a Masters in Counseling degree with Monash University.

Fields of Interest

Jason has a wide field of interest but at the heart of his work is a desire to help others discover their unlimited potential in work and life. 

He has coached and facilitated for companies and organizations at all levels in technology, pharmaceutical, finance, healthcare and fashion. As part of his core coaching technique he includes work on the shadow, inner critic, and the soul. He takes an integral approach to align the cognitive, emotional and somatic body centers. This then encourages and allows a constant evolving sense of freedom in how clients express themselves in daily life.

Personal Details

Jason is a British National, PR in SIngapore and Hong Kong, and of Chinese descent. He has been based in SIngapore for 13 years but works internationally with orchestras and travels extensively to work with clients.
