Tamara Singh


Tamara is an experienced coach focused on working with business leaders managing digital transformation and sustainability agendas.


Professional and leadership experience

Tamara earned her stripes at Centrica Plc, BP Oil International, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank before returning home to Singapore in 2012 having led teams in energy, finance and fund management in London, New York and the Asia Pacific.

On home ground, Tamara served Westpac and then her country.  Whilst supporting GIC’s mandate for the nation, she contributed to digital transformation and sustainability initiatives, building relationships across the financial ecosystem worldwide.

Board Experience

Tamara maintains a portfolio of appointments that reflect her commitment to sustainability, technology and social change.  Appointed Sherpa to APEC’s APFF Sustainable Finance Development Network, she is a champion of Corporate Transition towards attainment of the SDGs. She also holds Board positions with the People Centered Internet, a 501(c)3 non-profit organisation, Conjunct Consulting, South East Asia’s first social change consultancy, and Advancement for Rural Kids. 

Education and Professional Training

She leverages her experience and degrees in Law and Applied Accounting to boost the organisations and causes she works with.  Tamara attained her Executive Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD, and has won certifications in Sustainable Business and Coaching for Development.

Fields of Interest

Tamara is passionate about the transformation of business models and systems to develop a sustainable, shared system that supports prosperity for all.  As an expert advisor to the G7 via the Think7 process, Tamara has focused on policies to support data commons and information sharing in the context of Central Bank Digital Currencies and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals. 

Personal Details

Tamara is a Singaporean who has been fortunate to live and work around the world. She recharges through appreciating food and drink in excellent company, then exercising and dieting in solitude. She is devoted to her two young sons, who have stretched her out of her comfort zone and into efforts to master ball sports and patience.
