Professional and leadership experience

With 15+ years in the Digital industry, Aurelien has consulted on multiple large scale organisational transformations and led digital product deliveries of all sizes, from light web product development to million-dollar banking system upgrades. His success stories are drawn from collaboratively reinventing ways of working across many scales, industries and cultures, and from his experience trying many different “agile” things with teams all over the world.

Education and Professional Training

Aurelien received a Master’s Degree in Information Science and Business Management from the University of Paris, La Sorbonne and another in Knowledge Science and Systems Management from its Management Business School.

He has since been certified in many professional subjects including Integral and Leadership Coaching, competence that he has since used helping leaders and entrepreneurs in organisations of all sizes.

Certified Trainer and instructor on Organisations and teams’ dynamic as well as Modern Leadership he has designed engaging learning experiences for both in-person and remote participation.

Aurelien works primarily with organisational Leaders and their teams in the Digital industry leveraging his strong Lean-Agile experience and technical Background. Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and Trainer, his large toolset and experience help people navigate priorities, misalignment and communication gap to achieve better performances.

He is also experienced beyond this niche industry and has worked with professionals from all horizons in HR, Marketing, Sales or Finance.

Personal Details

Aurelien is originally from France and has developed an extensive multi-cultural experience working and living across Europe, South East Asia and Asia Pacific. He is now settled with his wife and supporting local communities in Melbourne Australia.
